Restoring item's checkout availability
Koha Bugzilla Bug#:
Description
Koha lacks the ability to request checkout availability via REST API.
Koha-Suomi implemented a feature that adds such support.
This issue aims to restore this feature via Koha::Plugins.
More complete API is helpful for everyone so this is a valid project for using the Koha fund.
